Logo not showing

What you're seeing: Your logo is uploaded, but doesn’t appear on the PDF (or appears broken).

Quick check (2 minutes)

  1. Go to PDF Invoices → Invoice Settings and check the Company logo & colors section — confirm the logo preview is visible
  2. Re-upload the logo (PNG recommended)
  3. Regenerate the PDF from an order

Most common causes

  • Image processing missing: GD Library / Imagick not installed.
  • Logo file too large: Optimize to < 500 KB if possible.
  • Site is protected: If the PDF engine can’t fetch the logo URL (basic auth / staging lock), it can’t embed it.
