Is the UK supported?
No. Following Brexit, the UK is no longer part of the EU VIES system. Switzerland is fully supported via CHE/UID validation. Norway VOEC support is on our roadmap.
How is logging handled, and what about privacy?
Logs capture technical validation data for troubleshooting. You control logging levels from the dashboard and can mask or hash VAT numbers in production environments. No customer data is shared with third parties.
I've hit my activation limit — what should I do?
The setup wizard shows your activation limit with clear guidance on next steps. Deactivate unused sites from your license dashboard or contact support to extend your limit for agency plans.
Is the plugin available in multiple languages?
Yes. Complete translations for 45 languages covering all EU countries plus Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland. Both checkout messages and admin interface translate automatically based on your WordPress language setting.
Does it support Norway's VOEC system?
Not yet. VOEC validation for Norwegian businesses is on our development roadmap. We'll announce availability through our changelog and email updates.
What about the Icelandic business register?
Not yet. Icelandic business register validation is in development. The integration framework is ready and we're finalizing API connectivity.
