Template not applying

What you're seeing: You changed settings (colours, logo, layout) but PDFs still show the old design.

Quick check (2 minutes)

  1. BridgeSync PDF Invoices doesn't have a local cache — PDFs are generated fresh each time. If you see old designs, clear your browser cache and any WordPress caching plugins.
  2. Regenerate the PDF from an order
  3. Hard refresh your browser (Ctrl+Shift+R)

Other causes

  • Caching plugin: Clear site cache and exclude PDF endpoints from caching.
  • Wrong document type: Some settings apply per document type (invoice vs packing slip vs credit note).
  • Custom templates: If you have custom template overrides, they can override settings.
