How do I install a BridgeSync plugin?

How do license keys work?

How often does data sync between my store and marketplace?

Where do I check sync status and errors?

What information does the bol.com Connector sync?

Orders, returns, and cancellations sync automatically using bol.com's official Retailer API. You can also enable price and stock updates for your offers. What syncs depends on your API permissions and which features you activate in settings.

Are invoices uploaded to bol.com automatically?

Yes. When an order is marked complete, BridgeSync generates a PDF invoice and uploads it to bol.com automatically. The Process Status ID is handled for you.

Do I need to configure an Economic Operator?

Yes. Starting February 2025, bol.com requires an Economic Operator for all product offers. Set yours in BridgeSync settings and we'll attach it automatically to every offer.

Can BridgeSync find Offer IDs for my products?

Yes. BridgeSync automatically matches your WooCommerce products to bol.com Offer IDs. If the primary method fails, we use backup methods like cross-referencing product IDs with EAN codes to find the correct Offer ID.

What does the EU VAT & VIES Checker validate?

It validates EU VAT numbers against the official VIES database in real time during checkout. When a valid business VAT number is entered and your tax rules allow it, the plugin automatically removes VAT charges for eligible B2B transactions.

Does it support Swiss VAT numbers?

Yes. Swiss VAT numbers (CHE prefix) are validated through Switzerland's official BFS system at uid.admin.ch. The plugin recognizes all Swiss VAT formats including CHE-MWST, CHE-TVA, and CHE-IVA, with automatic caching and error logging.

Is it compatible with WooCommerce Checkout Blocks?
