Not attached to email

What you're seeing: You can generate PDFs manually, but customers don’t receive them as email attachments.

Quick check (2 minutes)

  1. Go to PDF Invoices → Dashboard
  2. Scroll to the Attach invoice PDF to emails section and confirm the correct toggles are enabled
  3. Resend an order email from WooCommerce and verify the attachment

Common causes

  • Wrong trigger status: You enabled attachments for “Completed”, but you keep orders on “Processing”.
  • Attachment size limits: Some mail servers strip large PDFs. Reduce images or use a download link if available.
  • SMTP plugin conflict: Test with SMTP plugin disabled to confirm.
