What you're seeing: Your logo is uploaded, but doesn’t appear on the PDF (or appears broken).
Quick check (2 minutes)
- Go to PDF Invoices → Invoice Settings and check the Company logo & colours section — confirm the logo preview is visible
- Re-upload the logo (PNG recommended)
- Regenerate the PDF from an order
Most common causes
- Image processing missing: GD Library / Imagick not installed.
- Logo file too large: Optimize to < 500 KB if possible.
- Site is protected: If the PDF engine can’t fetch the logo URL (basic auth / staging lock), it can’t embed it.
