Setup time: 1 minute to enable, prevents overselling automatically
Why stock sync matters
Without stock sync, you risk overselling. When someone buys on Bol.com, your WooCommerce inventory will not update automatically unless BridgeSync is configured correctly. Stock synchronisation keeps the available quantity aligned across both platforms, helping you avoid cancelled orders and poor reviews.
Option 1: Enable during Setup Wizard
During initial setup, enable stock sync in Step 3: Synchronization:
- Enable the Stock synchronization (Fulfillment By Bol / Fulfillment By Retailer) toggle
- Continue with the remaining wizard steps

Option 2: Enable in Settings
Already completed the wizard? Enable stock sync anytime:
- Go to Bol.com connector → Settings in WordPress
- Scroll down to the Synchronization settings section
- Check the Stock synchronization checkbox

Done! BridgeSync now sends your WooCommerce stock levels to Bol.com automatically at every sync interval. Your Bol.com listings will always show accurate availability.
Note: Stock sync applies to FBR (Fulfilment by Retailer) orders where you dispatch products yourself. For FBB (Fulfilment by Bol) products, Bol.com manages the stock in its own warehouse.
Ensure WooCommerce tracks inventory for your products
BridgeSync can only sync stock that WooCommerce is tracking. Make sure stock management is enabled for your products:
For simple products:
- Go to Products → All Products and edit any product you sell on Bol.com
- Scroll to Product data and click the Inventory tab
- Enable Track stock quantity
- Enter your current Stock quantity
- Click Update to save
For variable products:
- Open the variable product and go to the Variations tab
- Expand each variation (e.g. "Red - Size M")
- Enable Manage stock? for each variation individually
- Enter the stock quantity for each variation
- Click Save changes
How stock sync works
Once enabled, BridgeSync syncs stock in one direction:
- WooCommerce → Bol.com: Your WooCommerce stock levels are sent to Bol.com at every sync interval
- Order imports: When a Bol.com order is imported, WooCommerce stock is reduced automatically (standard WooCommerce behavior)
- Next sync: The updated WooCommerce stock is then synced back to Bol.com
This means WooCommerce remains your single source of truth for inventory. Make all stock adjustments in WooCommerce.
Verify stock is syncing correctly
- Note a product's stock quantity in WooCommerce
- Wait for the next sync interval (check Latest synchronization in Settings)
- Log into partner.bol.com
- Check the same product's stock in your Bol.com seller account
- Verify the quantities match
Tip: For immediate stock updates on individual products, use the Synchronize changes immediately button on the product's BridgeSync tab.
