Zero VAT not applied

What you’re seeing: VAT is still charged even though the VAT number is valid.

Quick check (2 minutes)

  1. Is the VAT number validated as valid?
  2. Is the billing country different from your store country?
  3. Are both countries EU members?

Confirm the validation result in Logs

  1. Go to EU VAT Checker → Logs
  2. Search for the order or VAT number
  3. Confirm the result shows Valid and the correct country

If all conditions are met but VAT is still charged, check WooCommerce tax settings and other tax plugins.
