What you're seeing: You can generate PDFs manually, but customers don’t receive them as email attachments.
Quick check (2 minutes)
- Go to PDF Invoices → Dashboard
- Scroll to the Attach invoice PDF to emails section and confirm the correct toggles are enabled
- Resend an order email from WooCommerce and verify the attachment
Common causes
- Wrong trigger status: You enabled attachments for “Completed”, but you keep orders on “Processing”.
- Attachment size limits: Some mail servers strip large PDFs. Reduce images or use a download link if available.
- SMTP plugin conflict: Test with SMTP plugin disabled to confirm.
